We are a multicultural family shaped by both East and West, guided by intellect and openness. Based between Leiden and Tokyo, we live at the intersection of cultures, languages, and perspectives.
Meet the Sainens!
We met in Tokyo, under neon lights of late-night streets, and fell in love almost instantly. A few months later, we were married — a decision that proved to be remarkably well-considered. No rAgrets since.
Not long after, we moved to the Netherlands, which for now serves as our home base. From here, we grow our careers, build our family, and explore a multicultural Europe.
Our communications, security, and final approvals are overseen by our much loved rottweiler Greta, who approaches her responsibilities with unwavering confidence and an excellent sense of judgment.
Where the story leads next is still unfolding. What remains is our belief that home is something you build together, wherever you are in the world.
